I am delighted by the exceptional level of service I received from Park Estates. Their communication and customer service are second to none and I knew exactly where I was at each stage of the marketing and sales processes. The sale of my house proceeded very smoothly thanks to the tireless work from Sally and Debbie. I really appreciate the support I was given through what could have been a stressful process and an emotional journey. We've just completed the sale of my mother's chain-free property with Park Estates as the selling estate agents. The property was originally on with another agent who had found a buyer for the property but unfortunately this buyer was not in a position to proceed with the purchase. We came to Park Estates in August 2023 and a proceedable buyer was found and the sale progressed. There were a few hurdles to overcome and Debbie from Park Estates handled the hurdles well and the property sold and completed in March 2024. Selling a house is a stressful experience but Park Estates helped to minimise the stress and for that we are extremely grateful.
